-WE STAGED THE HOME & HIRED A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER & VIDEOGRAPHER TO CAPTURE IT IN ITS BEST LIGHT.
-WE HELD OPEN HOUSES, DOOR-KNOCKED THE NEIGHBORHOOD, & PUSHED OUR MARKETING CAMPAIGNS TO GET EYES ON THE HOME.
3. POTENTIAL HICCUPS - NO WORRIES!
WE KNEW THE ROOF WOULD MOST LIKELY BE CALLED OUT BY THE INSPECTOR OR APPRAISER DUE TO IT’S AGE, SO WE GATHERED REPLACEMENT BIDS FOR THE SELLERS & WORKED IT INTO THE LIST PRICE.
THIS HELPED US ASSURE POTENTIAL BUYERS IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF, & WE SAILED THROUGH THE APPRAISALS BECAUSE WE CAME PREPARED.
THE HOME WENT UNDER CONTRACT AFTER RECIEVING MULTIPLE OFFERS WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK.... AND THEN THE BUYERS BACKED OUT AT INSPECTION WITHOUT A SPECIFIC REASON. SO, WE QUICKLY PUT THE HOME BACK ON THE MARKET AND WENT PENDING AGAIN SHORTLY AFTER.
